Well, hello March. March is kind of like no man’s land to me. It’s not still winter, but it’s not quite spring. Although, if you live in my neck of the woods, it feels like spring has sprung. Trees and flowers are blooming. The grass is turning green. My middle son is wearing shorts…wait, he does this year round. I guess that’s not a clear indicator of spring.
March holds many fun opportunities for our family:
-a discipleship weekend where we will be hosting a group of middle school boys
-Spring break!! WooHoo!
-My husband is going on a mission trip with our church
AND…the best thing about March?!?
My boys are going to plan, shop for, cook, serve, and clean up one entire meal. Yep. They sure are. I’m sure they’ll be thrilled. I can’t wait to see what they plan.
As always, I’m doing a little Freezer Cooking. You can view some of our menus here or check the bottom of this post to see how I’m stocking my freezer.
