This BLT Salad is low carb and gluten free, but the best thing about it is that you can make it for one or for 20. It can be used as a side or as an entire meal. One thing is for sure though…you’ll love this salad! With 6 simple ingredients, you’ll be able to whip this up in no time.
For this salad you’ll need:
White Cheddar Cheese
Don’t like White Cheddar Cheese? Use plain cheddar. Don’t like avocado? Leave it out. Rather use Blue Cheese dressing instead of Ranch dressing? That’s fine. Don’t like bacon? Stop reading. We can no longer be friends…just kidding. Wink.
As you’re making this salad, you can make it for 1 or for 20. If you make it for 20, just add more of all the ingredients. Then add the dressing right before serving and toss it all together.
- Romaine Lettuce
- Cherry Tomatoes
- White Cheddar Cheese
- Ranch Dressing
- Cook and chop bacon
- Dice lettuce, cheese, and avocado.
- Toss all together.
- Pour Ranch dressing over the mixture and toss.
- Adjust this recipe for the number of servings you would like.
